It is also aimed at producing innovative and adaptive human resource professionals in maximizing the effectiveness of human potentials in an organization.
In line with the mission of achieving the above objectives, students are exposed to various disciplines including aspects of cognition and use of technology to assist in improving human potentials in an organization. Besides, students will be exposed to real working environment through their industrial training and field trips.
The graduates from Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) will encounter a particularly broad line up of career opportunities. In the last decade, the human resource function has moved beyond personnel management and development to become a strategic cornerstone in many organizations, increasing the need for professionals with specialized human resource skills.
Entry level positions in recruitment, compensation, benefits, labor relations and other human relations fields are widely available in industry, business, the public and private sectors, government agencies, non-profit foundations and organizations. Middle-management positions are also available to the graduates depending on former experience.
Graduates are able to pursue postgraduate studies at any potential universities.
