Diploma in Interactive Multimedia

Diploma in Games Development is designed to provide individuals with the entry level skills and experience needed for employment in a wide variety of professional opportunities such as game programmers and adventure features for use in areas such as game designers, game artists, and 3D game animators.

The programme also provides ongoing skill development to members of the interdisciplinary game teams entering from related professions, such as graphic design, film/video, publishing, art and more. A variety of courses are available for those wishing to expand and move their skills into digital world. Multimedia specialists (games design) are employed by companies that produce multimedia destined for the World Wide Web, CD-ROM Games, online games and computer-based delivery. Multimedia projects include those focused on business, marketing, education, training, presentations and entertainment applications.

Entry Requirements

  • Entry with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Equivalent qualification

  • Pass SPM or equivalent qualification with at least THREE (3) credits in any subjects
  • Obtained a pass in History
  • Pass in Arts subject OR pass an interview session / drawing test / portfolio review for applicant without Arts subject qualification
