The Accommodation Unit of the Student Affairs Department of Widad University College & the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department of Pahang State held a Fire Drill Simulation Program on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 11 pm at the Residensi Siswi Riverfront Apartment. The main purpose of this fire drill is to ensure the safe and efficient evacuation of all students in the event of a fire, familiarize them with evacuation procedures, test the effectiveness of fire alarms and evacuation plans, and identify any weaknesses in the plans. It also serves as an important training exercise to reduce panic and increase response time in the event of a real emergency.
